From enquiry to collection, here's a simple overview of what to expect when you commission a piece from Floral Cupcakes.
Step 1
Once you've submitted an enquiry, you'll receive an instant on-screen confirmation. I personally review every request and will respond within 48 hours to confirm my availability. Please note that an enquiry does not guarantee an order.
Step 2
If I have availability, you'll receive a personal email confirming your order details, final price, and collection arrangements, with your invoice attached.
Step 3
To confirm your order and book your date in my calendar, simply make the payment detailed on the invoice. Payment confirms your agreement to my Terms & Conditions.
My Cancellation Policy:
Please note that once your order is paid for and confirmed, I begin to allocate time and purchase materials specifically for you. For standard celebration orders, payments are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your collection date. However, if you need to postpone your event, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my very best to transfer your booking to a new date, subject to my availability. For wedding cakes, please refer to the specific cancellation terms in your contract.
Step 4
Following payment, a final confirmation email and receipt will be sent for your records. After this, all that's left is to look forward to your collection day!
